3. How does it work?

Once you place an order, we’ll send you an easy-to-use mould kit to take an impression of your teeth from home. simply mail it back to us, and once received, our team will begin handcrafting your Grillz to fit perfectly. when finished, we’ll ship them back to you ready to wear straight out of the box.

4. How do I place an order?

5. How long does it take to receive my order?

For all Grillz, we aim to deliver within 2 weeks after receiving your mould.

6. What if my Grillz don’t fit?

If your Grillz don’t fit perfectly, we’ll adjust them FREE of charge! Simply send them back to us, and we’ll take care of the rest.

7. Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the custom nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item is damaged or doesn’t fit as expected, we offer a free remake.

8. How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with harsh chemicals, moisture, and physical stress. We recommend storing it in a safe, dry place and cleaning it with a soft cloth.

9. How do I know my Grillz will fit?

Once you place your order, we will send you a molding kit. Follow the instructions carefully, send it back to us, and we’ll craft your Grillz to fit perfectly.
